With the wear of the broken tooth plate, the discharge port gradually increases, and the particle size of the crushed product becomes thicker and thicker. In order to ensure the product size requirements, it is necessary to adjust the size of the discharge port regularly by using an adjusting device. The method of adjusting the discharge port of the jaw crusher mainly has three forms: (1) Gasket adjustment. Place a set of equal thickness spacers between the back thrust plate support and the rear wall of the frame. By increasing or decreasing the number of shim layers, the discharge port of the crusher is reduced or increased. This method can be adjusted in multiple steps, the machine structure is relatively compact, and the weight of the device can be reduced, but it must be stopped when adjusting. This type of adjustment is often used in large jaw crushers. (2) Wedge adjustment. The adjustment of the crusher discharge port is achieved by the relative movement of the two wedges between the rear thrust plate support and the rear wall of the frame. Rotating the nut on the bolt to make the adjusting wedge move up or down along the rear wall of the frame to drive the front wedge to move forward or backward; thereby pushing the thrust plate or the moving jaw to achieve the adjustment of the discharge port. purpose. This method can achieve stepless adjustment, easy adjustment, save time, no need to stop adjustment, but increase the size and quality of the machine. Medium and small jaw crushers often use this type of adjustment device. (3) Hydraulic adjustment. This year, there is also a hydraulic cylinder in which a hydraulic push cylinder is installed at this position to adjust the discharge port and the hydraulic jaw crusher. (4) Support device. Refers to the bearing part of the jaw crusher. Large and medium-sized crushers generally use rolling bearings with babbitt alloy, which can withstand large impact loads and are relatively wear-resistant, but the transmission efficiency is low and forced lubrication is required. The small jaw crusher uses rolling bearings, which has high transmission efficiency and convenient maintenance, but has poor impact performance. It should be noted that with the improvement of the technical level of rolling bearing manufacturing, rolling bearings will also be adopted for large jaw crushers in the future.
