Techniques and Characteristics of Artificial Sand Production

In China, artificial sand technologies have experienced 40 years of development and has achieved the advanced world level, from the step-by-step grope to continuous innovation and application. The Characteristics of artificial sand production technique. To coordinate the development of artificial sand, we have studied the all-dry, semi-dry and wet-process sand production techniques. In the long-term production practice and constant research, we have worked out a major mode of sand production process according to the aggregate sources and quality requirements, that is, three-stage crushing(coarse, secondary or fine crushing) pluses the vertical shaft crusher. 4.
